Vendor Transition Plan

Unhappy with the level of service and support you are receiving from your current computer support provider?

We have a proven vendor transition plan and process to quickly and easily switch you to our industry leading service offerings.

Founded in 2004, we have years of experience across a variety of industry verticals migrating the services of an existing network support vendor to our support infrastructure and framework.

We utilize a process that ensures your transition is as smooth and fast as possible and one that is transparent to your end-users.

Our goal is to minimize the impact on your daily operations.

The process can be customized to your specific environment and implementation schedule but the overriding goal is to make a clean transition without interruption.

We can typically complete our vendor transition in a matter of hours. Furthermore, can can have our staff fully ramped up to immediately begin supporting your environment and employees.

Since we understand that costs are often a concern, we can even deploy our services so that you are not incurring the charges associated with using two support vendors simultaneously.

The following tasks detail our standard process that can be tailored to your environment so that there is no interruption in service:

  1. Kickoff meeting with your assigned technical team and customer stakeholders to discuss and document the following:
