Remote Repair and Onsite Support

SysArc's remote computer repair support staff can offer your company with two distinct approaches to ensure the successful and quick resolution of your technical support issue or request.

For example, via SysArc's remote support option, we have a secure and increasingly popular way to troubleshoot and resolve your software related problems via a remote desktop connection and remote PC repair capabilities

In addition, your assigned Network Administrator will utilize a third-party appliance to give him access to your desktop via an Internet connection (broadband or dial-up), from any location in the world.

This process is secure, effective and efficient.

For example,  after access permission has been granted, our remote access capabilities allows us to support your organization on a global basis-if desired.  For example, we can perform a remote desktop repair or even a remote registry repair to practically any client in the world.

After connecting to your computer, our engineer can use a remote re-image program to survey the millions of components in your Windows XP system folders and then replace missing or damaged files with replacement files from a clean Windows operating system.

In addition, you assigned team of certified engineers are able to leverage the vast amount of available on-line information to help resolve your support issue.

The types of issues typically resolved by this support method include:

  • Virus and spyware removal
  • Optimization and performance improvement
  • Registry repair
  • Repair of device driver issues
  • Web related issues
  • Windows security and patch updates.

However, it may be possible that SysArc's support team cannot resolve all issues simply by remote support and access.

Examples include a computer that cannot boot, or one that has physical hardware damage.

In this instance, we can dispatch your assigned Network Administrator directly to your office location to perform an onsite support repair.

Furthermore, our standard managed it services plan includes regularly scheduled on-sites visits by your Network Administrator. Not only will this person complete a best-practices check list, but he will also be available to address any on-going or nagging computer support related issues.
