Technical Specifications

Back Up:

• Gateway backs up any computer it can access - no agents involved.
• All information is encrypted (up to AES256)
• Multiple compression algorithms
• Delta-blocking reduces data amounts

Restore:

• Latest version of all files, databases and mail stores are available locally on the Gateway
• Previous versions of data are available on the SysArc DataVault
• To support full DR efforts, SysArc will ship a new Gateway and/or portable DataVault to your site or a DR site

Information Management:

• Logs, reports and alerts provide backup or recovery status
• SysArc is constantly monitoring Operations Center (NOC)
