A message from the SysArc team:
It has been a couple of months since our last newsletter so we have a lot to catch up on.
- We survived 2009 and grew the company by 20% in a bad economy, so THANK YOU to all of our customers, partners employees and friends. We could not do it without you
- We recently made a significant investment in a new IT Management platform from Kaseya that will dramatically improve our ability to support our current and future customers. Look for these exciting improvements to take effect in the first quarter of 2010
- We have also improved our technical staff and will continue to add highly skilled and friendly people to support our valued customers in 2010
As a native Washingtonian, I like the change of seasons and don’t normally feel the need to escape DC in the winter months, but this weather is ridiculous ! If anyone needs help shoveling snow send a request to the support desk and we will see what we can do.
