Tim Brennan – Managing Partner
Tim has 25 years of diverse experience in the IT industry that includes executive management, sales management, technical project management and software development. Tim founded SysArc in 2004 in an effort to provide small businesses with the technical assistance they needed from a firm they could count on to be responsive, competent, affordable and trustworthy. Prior to founding SysArc, Tim held sale and sales management positions with enterprise software companies including Applix, OneSoft, BroadVision and OpenNetwork (purchased by BMC). Prior to that, Tim founded Dynamic Software Systems, a software development consulting firm, and ran it from 1986-1990 until it was acquired. Tim started his career as a software developer and systems analyst working on government contracts at Galler Associates, Booz, Allen and CACI.
James M. Eglin, Jr. – Partner
Jim has over 20 years experience driving revenue growth for technology products and professional services. Having led sales, marketing and business development for both start-up and established companies, he has consistently exceeded aggressive goals and delivered exceptional results. He is a highly productive and growth-focused sales, marketing and business development leader who has repeatedly proven his capabilities as a revenue driver in roles as individual producer, as sales manager, and as a sales/marketing executive defining the strategy, structure, methods and plans for the entire organization. He thrives on steep challenges (new products, new markets, new technologies) and creates substantial success through a customer-focused approach that expertly aligns technology solutions with customers’ needs.
Prior to joining the SysArc team, Jim was the VP of Sales and Marketing for Legal Advantage, LLC. Prior to that Jim was the Co-Founder/Owner of Digital Documents, LLC—one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing providers of document scanning services and solutions. Prior to Digital Documents, Jim was the General Manager of Strategic Technologies and Manager of Strategic Accounts with Oracle. Jim holds a B.A. from George Mason University.
Daniel Lee – Sr. Network Engineer
Daniel has over 10 years of field experience as a Network Engineer with a concentration on network design, implementation and support with solutions from Cisco, Dell, Sonicwall, Microsoft, HP and EMC. Daniels’s specialty is solving complex networking issues that require in-depth knowledge of both hardware and software. Daniel joined SysArc in 2008 and has been the lead technical representative for several assigned Managed Services customers where he handles the daily proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of technical issues that arise on a daily basis. Prior to joining SysArc, Daniel was the Manager of IT Operations at Radio One for 7 years. Prior to that, Daniel was a Network Engineer with WMD & Company and The Reznik Group. Daniel holds multiple Certifications including CCNA, MCSE, CNE and CCA.
Sam Abouissa – Sr. Network Engineer
Sam has 12 years of field experience as a Network Engineer with a concentration on desktop and server support in the Microsoft and Novell environments. Sam’s specialty is working with customers to resolve their technical issues quickly and to proactively recommend solutions that deliver business value to his customers. Sam joined SysArc in 2008 and is the lead technical representative for several assigned Managed Services customers where he handles the daily proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of technical issues that arise on a daily basis. Prior to joining SysArc, Sam was with Lockheed Martin for 7 years as a Sr. Network Engineer. Sam has obtained his MCSE certifications from Microsoft.
Nanfa Adasi – Sr. Engineer
Nanfa has over 10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with a concentration on Microsoft infrastructure solutions. Nanfa joined SysArc in 2005 and has been the technical lead on numerous complex customer engagements involving MS Exchange and Active Directory. Prior to joining SysArc, Nanfa spent 8 years with EraGlobe, United Messaging and as an independent consultant where he designed and implemented enterprise email solutions. Nanfa has obtained his MCP certification from Microsoft and currently resides in Arlington, VA.
Andrew Messina – Sr. Consultant
Andrew has over 10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with a concentration on Microsoft infrastructure solutions. Andrew has worked with SysArc since 2005 and has been the lead technical consultant on our largest projects. Andrew has a wide range of technical training and field experience with products from Citrix, Novell, HP, Nortel Networks and Dell solutions. Prior to working with SysArc, Andrew spent 8 years with Technologic Corp. and Emtec as a messaging specialist and project manager designing, implementing and supporting networks and email solutions. Andrew has obtained several certifications including his MCSE, CCNA, CNA, PMP and HP-ASE.
Jean Souza – Sr. Consultant
Jean has over 10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with a concentration on Microsoft solutions. Jean has worked with SysArc since 2004 and has been the lead architect on 20+ projects. Jean takes on our most difficult assignments and works through them with a real passion. Prior to joining SysArc, Jean spent 7 years with Client Network Services and as an independent consultant as the lead design engineer and project manager for several government contracts. Jean has obtained his MCSE certification and as a native of Brazil, is fluent in Portuguese.
Matt Brennan – Inside Sales
Matt joined the SysArc sales and marketing team in 2008. His responsibilities include Business Development, Telemarketing and Online Marketing. Prior to joining SysArc, Matt was pursuing a Business degree at West Viginia University.
