Nation's Largest Community-Based Movement Selects SysArc for Help Desk Assistance

SysArc was recently selected to provide expert help desk support services to supplement this organization's existing technical resources that are only currently available from a remote location. We will be providing this client our integrated support tools set as well as a complete support infrastructure and technical assistance on an as needed or required basis.

This client has a very capable IT support team already in place. However, they are all located in New York city so they have somewhat limited capabilities to fully support their team based in their Washington DC location. As such, we were selected not only because we had an office in close proximity to their location and can quickly deploy our technical resources on-site, but also because of the extensive experience and skill sets of our engineers coupled with our world-class help desk ticketing application and remote diagnostic tools.
