SysArc was recently selected to provide expert help desk desktop assistance to supplement this organization's existing IT Department. We will be leveraging and implementing our advanced and integrated tool set as well as access to our tech experts on an as needed or required basis. Although this association had access to their own help desk resources, they determined that our Help Desk Technicians, combined with our System Engineers, Network Administrators and IT Mangers could provide a higher level of customer service and responsiveness.
